Horrible experience! The air conditioning was not working in the theatre we were in. After the movie, We spoke to the “Manager” and he told us that we could have left at the beginning if we were too hot. He also said he could not refund us our money because the box office was closed. The food was terrible and the restrooms are dirty as well. Do not go here if you like air conditioning or great customer service because you won’t get either!
They did a great job making it safe to attend the movie. The left plenty of seats vacant; no one sat next to us or directly in front of us. You order food on line or at the kiosk where you puck up tickets. Every staff member wore masks.
This was our first movie since the Covid pandemic started in the early part of 2020. The theater was quite deserted with only two other people in the auditorium. Employees were wearing masks and were very helpful
I saw Possessor, if you like bloody and gruesome graphics movies, this is your kind of movie to watch. Comfortable seats and great service, excellent people all very kind. Love it!!!!!
Our company rented out the theater. The food came relatively fast for the size group we were. Other than that, it was your typical movie going experience.
