Consistently good pizza is the Hut trademark. Easy online and app ordering along with quick pickup or delivery make it the ideal comfort food dinner. Great weekly option for families and groups, less often for us older folks but still a treat.

Shady grove location: Customer service is no good from my experience. First, they have NO curbside pick up but website advertises this as an option. If you want curbside, don’t order there. We ordered 2 pizzas for carry out had to park inconveniently away in a limited availability strip mall parking lot. During pandemic only 2 people allowed in store so we wait outside the door but it was taking a long while. We called inside the store to tell them we had an order paid for and just want somebody to hand us the pizzas. Employee says “your order is ready but we too busy to walk to the door”. This is while people are standing around inside. We can see you inside, you clown. They need to get it together. If they can’t manage to get people their food, they don’t need to be open.

I'm a pizza hut lover but I am so disappointed by this location that I'm not going back. Every time I order, something is wrong. Wether is the wrong ingredient or they forgot to add one it's never how i want it. The issue could be caused by having so many immature teens who don't put effort in their job nor in customer service. My order today was the last straw, i ordered 3 pizzas with light sauce and ended with no sauce. No one at home ate. It's very frustrating. Don't recommend location.
