So we have a new crew and they are about their business. In and Out vs waiting 30 -45 mins after your supposed to pick up like the crew before!!! Keep up the excellence guys!!
3:47 pm 2/24/2020 30 mins for an ice smoothie. Guy has the guts to tell me is full of protein it was pure ice. Asked me if I wanted another one and began to make someone else’s. If you have 45 mins to wait for a smoothie by all means come to this location!!! Ice ice ice wouldn’t even come up the straw! Please train these young kids correctly or keep getting bad reviews.
So normally visit this same location 3 to 4 times a week and now for the last few Wednesdays there seems to be the same female lead that seems to close 8 to 15 minutes early. Last week someone else was outside trying to write a complaint because he had stated they closed 30 minutes early. Just lack of customer service all the way around.
