2-22-21. I ordered a pizza and wings from this clown outfit of a store. Wings were supposed to be hot but were plain on delivery. Called the store to get a refund. I spoke to someone named Francisco. Old franny gave me a line about needing to wait 24 hours to put in for a refund. I still haven’t gotten an “I’m sorry” from them.nnUpdate 2-23-21nSo Francisco told me to call back today to get my refund and guess what... there is no manager working today to give the refund.

I have ordered here twice and called my order in at least 3 hrs ahead then called for a reminder 30 minutes before it was time for pick up. Both times was miserable. The first time I got there and had to wait 30 minutes even after I called to remind them about the order. The second time I got the pizza but went all the way home and took a shower after working a 12 hr shift in the medical field and the pizza was wrong so I had to throw clothes on and go back up there to have them handle back one of the old ones and give me the correct one that has been sitting there 30 minutes. So I had to get upset and ask them to make it fresh. There was so many employees there but no one knew what was going on. I will drive to a further store just so I don't have to keep repeating the same disappointment.

Horrible pizza! I ordered 2 pizzas one have no sauce at all just dry bread and cheese and the other had so much sauce that it was inedible. Never returning to this store ever again! I honestly think a gas station could make better pizza!

Ordered food to be delivered online. Git a call saying there was going to be a 2 hr wait time. So my husband decided to pick it up. After 30 min he went in the order wasn't ready even though the tracker said that it was. 25 min later they said that they had to make the pasta and that it would be a min and told us that we could have a drink for free. Almost 30 minutes after that, we was told that they gave our food to someone else and that they had to remake it.n10 people have came and left with their food rnEven the delivery driver as has came and gone 2 or 3 times, we are still here, waiting for pizza and pasta.
