I have been in the USA for last 7 years and i have visited many Pizza places. But this is always amazing and amazing people. Tastes always best. This pizza hasn't generally been a good experience the couple times i have come. Today i ordered online and when i arrived my order said it was ready on the screen when i came in. They seemed to only have 1 person working for lunch during the work week. She said hi when i came in, but kept making pizza after pizza without letting me pick up my pizza and go. After 10 mins i was able to call her to come up to the front so i could pay. There were other people wanting to order as well. Needs more staff, not take as long to get to customers, and not be rude when finally coming over. I could understand if i had demanded when i first came in, but i waited through several cycles of making pizzas and putting them in the oven. Guess I'll just keeping getting the personal pizzas across the street from taco bell like i normally do, instead of the full pizzas.

Amazing customer service! Came at around 2pm to pick up 8 hot wings. When I checked, they had missed a few, and when I came back in they were so understanding and polite. Instead of making excuses, the gentleman (thin, short black hair, didn’t catch his name, though) genuinely apologized for the mistake and offered a new 8-count to make up for it. He even allowed us to keep the first box, and offered to keep our first box warm while we waited by putting it in the heating oven! Way to go above and beyond! This attention to detail and genuine care goes a long way, so thank you to that young man for making this a remarkable experience.
