Haven't been inside yet, but I'll have lots to tell you when I get in
Its the best library
This is a very small library located in the City of Irving Human Services building. It's not very well signed and not intuitive exactly how to enter the library itself. As far as I can tell you enter through the large waiting room for one of the services.nnSmall though it may be, I still had a hard time finding the Adult Fiction. A very nice librarian apologetically showed me the two shelves tucked into a corner.nnThe library has a very interesting Mickey Watson Quiet Room which apparently was formerly a walk-in safe! It also contains Adult Nonfiction and periodicals. A very unique, comfortable place to read.nnThe Children's section is just about the size of the Adult's and has colorful murals on the walls.nnThere are 10 computers for Internet access, quite a few for a library this size.nnA great library if you live nearby, have young children, need Internet access or just want to read in a quiet comfortable environment.
