I took my suit jacket that I accidentally spilled green tea and milk on. The owner said he could remove the stain. I trusted him. He told me to pick up the jacket two days later. When I went back after two days, the owner said to come back a few days later. After five days from when I first left my jacket I went back; the owner said he couldn't remove it. He charged $8 for the job. The owner said he would refund my money if I could get it removed somewhere else. I went to my regular cleaner in Carrollton and he removed it for $4. I took the jacket back and he refunded my money. First, the owner is dishonest. He said he could remove the stain; he couldn't. He said to pick the jacket up in two days; it was not ready when I went. On top of that, the store charges twice the amount my regular cleaner charges. Completely dishonest and irresponsible store. I wasted my time and money going back and forth driving to pick up my jacket and arguing with the owner.

We moved to Las Colinas over a year ago and I’ve had a hard time finding place that was reasonable in price AND did a phenomenal job dry cleaning clothes. Well, I finally found one. Look no further - this place did a great job with my suits and my velvet dress looks brand new. Would highly recommend and definitely will be back!

Ridiculously ExpensivenThe charge for dry cleaning a shirt was 5$ Per shirt, which I found quite expensive, and the quality of dry clean was also not upto the mark, in fact lower than the place I usually go to, who only charge 2.5$ per shirtnEven for suits and dresses, the price was too much and a poor quality of servicenI wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

I have been using this laundry service for several months and they did always the right job. No issues, no mix up and even replaced my shirt button when I askednThe only missing half star is if they can add an refresher for the place

At $1.89 a laundered shirt, they are a bit pricier than most places but they do a good job and we're actually pleasant. They made a mistake and almost charged me too much but corrected it right away. I'll be going back.
