So happy with Sanitas Medical Center. I am a new patient of Dr. Mira Patel and today was my first visit. I received exceptional service from the receptionist to the PA to the nurses. Everyone was super professional, friendly, personable, and attentive. I barely waited during my visit & that is impressive. This lets me know that adhering to scheduled appointments is important to the staff at Sanitas and that I appreciate. Excellent service from start to finish.

I had an exceptional care at Sanitas at Las Colinas. Doctor Mitsi Gutierrez Ramal is a great doctor, kind, caring, knowledgeable. She listens, and explain treatment. I am very thankful to her, to the Administration and, to the staff. They are very professional, friendly and caring.. I will keep going to Sanitas ' at Las Colinas for my health care. Doctor Mitsi Gutierrez Ramal is the best !!.

Very poor customer service all in all. Initial virtual appointment got cancelled at the Richardson Sanitas and got rescheduled at this location. The doctor, Mitsi Gutierrez , was an hour late for the televisit and did not apologize at all for the delay and was not very personable. Asked a few quick questions just to get rid of me quickly and move on to next patient. She has very poor English for a doctor and during the telecast I could barely hear what she was saying and there were conversations in the background and someone going in and out of the room , this is a HIPPA violation as PHI information was being heard by me. You cannot hold a consultation like this where a patient cannot hear what the doctor was saying. I told her once to close the door once and she did not close it after it got opened the second time. I understand this is a busy time but professionalism and patient service must remain intact regardless of the situation.

This place had really good service!! Everyone was so helpful and caring including all the doctors, nurses, and Donald in the front as well!!
