I have been a patient of this center for almost an entire year so this review may be a little long and detailed. I gave 3 stars because the front desk, staff & Doctor were always very nice and professional. The clinic was always clean and sanitized. I never had a problem being scheduled. That being said my problem was with my care recently.nMid year last year sometime I began feeling abdominal pain, upper and lower left. I made an appointment, I was given a treatment plan of diet and exercise and didn't think much more. About a month later, came back in with same issues, this time my Dr. actually drew me a picture on the disposable paper that was on the patient bed trying to get me to understand. I am sure she did this with the best intentions but it came off very... condescending. I had to actually request an abdominal ultra sound and bloodwork to see what it was. They looked at my upper abdominal and gallbladder. Nothing came back out of the normal. Again I was given similar advice of diet and exercise. Still not happy with the results, I contacted Planned Parenthood the following week to find out I was pregnant. I should not have had to pay or gone anywhere else.nDecember I call in with ear pain. At this point, I had already done a tele-visit where I was given instructions to do steam inhalations, take Tylenol for pain, take an allergy medication, etc. and was given a follow up tele visit. I scheduled an in person visit because pain was still present. I get there, she checks my ears and noticed a bit of fluid but chalks it up to post COVID-19 congestion and gives me the same instructions she gave me the first time. I told her that my ear popped hard when I was getting up from the couch about one week before testing positive. I did mention wanting to see a specialist, only because at that point I have had some ear pain for a while, she says that after the treatment plan, if no change, she would send the referral. I spoke with her on the phone a day or two after, I was frustrated, I did ask her is this was an insurance thing. I currently have an HMO. I noticed the huge difference in treatment when I had a PPO. She assured me that no, this was in no way the case. She was going to send the referral, if that is what I wanted but it was right before new year so she could let me know exactly when the offices would process the request.nI have never in my life experienced a sinus infection, so yesterday I googled all my symptoms and I feel that is what I have now. I called today to get a visit with my Doctor and she had nothing at all available until January 21st. I did get upset with the lady who was scheduling my appointment due to the lack of urgency I felt from her. I told her to go ahead and put me in with another doctor, I have an appointment tomorrow, I hope to get the help I need. I did ask her to report this situation to her manager because I felt my PCP was being negligent, she should have at some point given me some care, other that home remedies. I highly doubt she sent anything, as I have yet to get the confirmation email I requested.nI have worked in the medical field before, so that probably has something to do with my judgement. I just feel that if a patient is taking their time off work to seek medical attention, pay attention. The patient shouldn't have to play detective in their own healthcare. That is why they come to the doctor. They are charging my insurance for each visit. It should have not had to get to this point. I really do hope that this new doctor will be able to help me tomorrow and if not I will just have to look for a new location to get good quality healthcare.

It's always an easy and smooth process to make an appointment either over the phone or online. APRN Johnelle Cooper understands the patients very carefully and making the notes of those concerns. This make me very comfortable and feel like I am in safe hands. I would definitely recommend and would go back, if needed.

Great Staff and a very nice clinic. I went with my girlfriend and was very impressed by the entire process and how nice everyone is.
