Worst customer service! Anna was on her cell phone video chatting with her bf when I came in the store. She made me wait while she continued her conversation and never hung up to assist. When she finally did speak with me she couldn't hear me over her phone call and got confused with what I was needing. Definitely made the customer feel as if they weren't the priority. When I called to make a complaint no-one answered the phone.
I came In at 7:45am on March 13 2021. There was a older latino lady working but I guess there was a guy who also there to stock up her supply like chip and stuff. He doesn't even have a mask on and yet she make me wear one. I ask why does he not wearing one. She said nothing, after I get my stuff to pay she said she doesn't have change for $100. What is going on with this has station? No money? And employees doesn't have to wear a mask but the customer have too??
I just went through the car wash and when I went across the street to krogers to shop I realized it didn't get washed properly. Finished my shopping and came back to let the lady Aleyda that the car wash isn't working properly as my car didn't get cleaned as I come here to hey my car washed all the time. She didn't seem to care and was very dismissive. Better customer service needs to be done here as I will never be back for the car wash or anything else.
