They always do a great job. They used to have a 5-day free rewash if it rains, but they knocked that down to three days. I like that they hand dry the car as it comes out. And my daughter loves seeing the rainbow soap suds through the sunroof!
The wash got my truck clean, as it always does. However, once it came out of the wash line the kid that was supposed to detail the inside (I believe his name was Ryan), was on his phone the entire time he was in my truck. He also was on his phone in the car before mine, and the one after. I had to go get a manager, to get him to pay attention to his job. It's highly unprofessional, and also disappointing. I've been going to this carwash for nearly 26 years, and so had my family. The service has steadily gotten worse over the years. Customer service is as important as the job itself. I will be finding somewhere else to wash my truck in the future.
I luv these guys. I have the monthly nanager plans for both my cars. It pays for itself every month because we go a couple of times a week. They vacuum, prep, tube deep wash, hand dry, detail the tires and rims. ❤
I love coming here they have missed a few spots when vacuuming.I've called and the manager got it fixed I still continue to go because they always make it right.
Fantastic! I just can't go to any other car wash place. They do a great job.
