best membership I have. Jose and The guys here are great and having that sticker on my window so I can just drive on through is sweet! We all should tip them more. Best drive thru wash ever!

I went to have my car washed and I did the same as always. I pulled up to the attendant. He gestured for me to stop and pointed to the neutral sign. I stopped, place my car in neutral, and removed my foot off of the brakes, but when it came time for the car wash track to pull my car all it would do is lift the rear driver-side tire up instead of pulling my car down the track. The attendant signaled for me to place the car in neutral twice, so I rolled my window down and told him my car is in neutral and has been this entire time. The attendant eventually had to call the manager because the track just would not pull my car. The attendant tried 3-4 time with no luck.nnWhen the manager came to the scene, he also asked me to place the car in neutral, I told him it is in neutral and has been this whole time. He said “you have the parking brake on!”. I told him “no I do not!”. I turned the parking brake on and then off so he could see that it was not turned on. After realizing that the car was not going to move, the manager accused me of holding up the line and that I do not know how my car works because it is a new car. He told me I needed to drive through the car wash slowly and that he would refund me my money.nnI have been to this place 8-10 times now with the same car. I have never had a problem putting my car in neutral and letting off the breaks. I have never turned the park brakes on when getting a car wash. Essentially, I know how my car works! I know how to put the car in neutral and how to turn the parking brake on and off. I did not appreciate the attitude the manger had and how he accused me of holding up his line when his machine just was not working. The attendant had even mentioned to me that this has happened before with another car.nnI waited in your line which was long before I got to the car wash and when It finally came time to get my car washed your machine simply broke down. Blaming your customer for a mechanical error is poor service.

The stuff at this car wash are crooks and the system is tricky. I chose the 25 monthly plan and the system said I got a discount so I was charged $16 only. But when I got the receipt it says that the charge is only for 10 days so I asked to cancel the monthly plan and the manager charged me $7 for the wash instead of $5 which is the one I got then he lied and said it's the system while he calculated the refund himself and issued it to me. They lied over $2. I was trying to get the monthly plan cause my car never gets washed very well so I thought if I do that I can wash it few times to get it cleaned. I guess I'll just go to a better car wash and same my money.

Great wash! It's hard to find one that actually does a good job cleaning my Ram 3500 4x4. This one is gentle but effective.nCould be some improvement to the tire shine but overall great wash for the price!
