So I purchased my vehicle from here that I saw online. They don't disclose online that all the vehicles had some sort of minor damage on them, but they do tell you upfront in person at the lot. They will disclose with you exactly where and what was done to it. This why the prices are so low for the vehicles with a clean title and low mileage. All the vehicles that we looked at were mechanically sound, but for the owners I ask that you ensure proper fluids are in all vehicles. One of the vehicles I looked at was missing antifreeze, that's an easy fix to give positive reinforcement the vehicle is good to a new customer. I definitely will be coming back in a couple years when I need a new car. Will also be telling all my friends in the DFW area looking for a good Toyota or Honda at an amazing price.

DISCLAIMER: I ended up not buying a car at this dealership for personal financial reasons. That being said, I was very satisfied with the customer service at Trtex Auto Group. I had a lengthy conversation with one of the employees (Veronica) about the vehicle I was inquiring about and she was very informative and polite. Overall she provided me with excellent customer service and even gave me some insightful advice for life! Additionally their prices seemed very fair, and they were straightforward with me which I always appreciate. While I can't confirm nor deny accusations made by other reviewers, my experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

Rude and sketchy. They’re selling a Honda Fit for 6700 dollars. I was concerned with the push to start, it had difficulties starting without pushing hard. I was going to get the car checked out to see if there’s an issue. I looked up the car, while there and seen it was in an accident that destroyed the bumper. The car was being sold by the issuance company and it was out bid for 2000 dollars. I offered a lower price 5700 because of the past issues, granted that the car checked out and the sale guy walked away rudely without saying anything. If he had an issue with that offer he should have explained that and discussed what he would do.

Couldn’t have gone with anyone else, Incel the owner and Veronica were always available and great at what they do. Even shipped my car with no problem 600 miles, if you shop with TRTEX you’re no doubt in good hands!
