I worked with Scott Wallace today to test drive several cars and drove away very happy in a new Kia Optima for an excellent bargain. Scott was professional and personable, and truly went above and beyond for me; he even helped me drop off my rental car, driving with me for 2 miles so that I could close out the rental and the drive away in my new car. Couldn’t recommend the place more highly, and was particularly grateful for Scott’s excellent customer service.

I’m 20 years old, so this was my first time buying a car in my name. My car salesman was Robert Steffes and he was great!! He was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy but did not rush me and encouraged me to test drive the car as long as I wanted to make sure it was a good fit. I am VERY happy with my new car and will definitely be recommending Avis Irving to anyone in search of a car. GREAT quality GREAT pricing and friendly staff! Thank you Robert and Avis!

I sent a request on a car and Anthony Roberts responded immediately. Anthony let me know the process and we set up an appointment an hour later. When we arrived things ran very smooth and Anthony walked us through the process. We were in and out with the car we selected and paid for. Highly recommend working with Avis Car Sales, especially the Irving location. Thanks to Anthony and the entire staff!

I bought my very first car (my own) from this location yesterday! It was the most painless experience ever! My salesman was Patrick and he was GREAT! William, from Finance, got me a great deal and worked with what I could afford. The whole process was so easy, and I didn’t leave there feeling like I made a mistake or that they took advantage of me in any way. If you’re looking for a vehicle, new or used, I’d absolutely recommend Avis Car Sales in Irving! Wonderful place!!
