I have always ordered ahead online and my order always comes out perfect, delicious, and on time. They'll leave your order in a fridge/freezer to keep it as fresh as possible, highly appreciated.nnI've only received great customer service from here but they do get busy. Everything tastes fresh and wonderful. Thanks!

The service is normally great but today I called to see if I left my credit card and the lady responded No. I further asked that it was earlier this morning and she asked for me to describe it.nWhen I got there, I suggested that before they say no, they should ask more questions. Leo states you need to provide your name because they have several cards.nI said that you should have asked for my name if that’s the case, he further responded that’s on you!!!! How rude. Terrible customer service.nnNeha

FYI the wait time when ordering through app does not reflect actual wait time at all. The app will say 15min but when you get there you could see 8 orders in front of you as in this case with a min 30 min wait. The wait time reflects how long it would take to make the drink not how long it will take before getting to your order, basically it’s worthless to use that as an indicator. Don’t order at this location unless you have no appts, unlimited break time, or nowhere you need to be. After finally receiving my order I take it and try and leave quickly without a word as I rather do that than say anything nasty, however as I’m trying to walk out the employee at this location felt the need to say “well your welcome” ok sure thank you, thanks for wasting my time as well as everyone else who orders by letting them know the real wait time after they’ve been charged. No surprise the app does not allow you to cancel orders once you get the actual wait time- otherwise they’d wind up with a ton of canceled orders, especially at this location.

AWFUL wait times!!! I wish I had read the other reviews before placing an online order here.... they aren't cheap 3 drinks for $30.... could have gone to Jamba across the street got delicious smoothies there and are on top! We have been waiting for 40 minutes for our order. Skip this place unless you have close to an hour to wait on a juice. FYI I'm writing this review as I wait for my drinks.

Ordered online and arrived here for pick up and they are closed, and they accepted my payment. The door says open at 7 and lights are off and door is locked. I PAID ALREADY. And it’s 9:23. Literally lying about being open. No way to get refunded or transfer orders to another location.
