We stopped by Starbucks in Kroger today. Great service and the coffee was delicious (as expectedud83dude0a)!

I asked for an iced while chocolate mocha and one of their sandwiches. Didn’t even get a price of the total. So I waited at the machine to at least ring up the total and I think I waited their for an actual 5 min and then the guy said “it’s waiting for you”. How was I even supposed to know that!? I ended up getting a hot white chocolate mocha on a really hot day! The guy could have even asked me hot or iced? Like why would I want a hot white chocolate mocha!? So I asked didn’t I say iced he said no! I was already too upset to even bother to argue. What goes around will hopefully come around to him! Rude and non affirmative.
i simply ordered a green tea frappe and after five mins of waiting” rory” told me that they did not have any whip cream...so of course i wanted my money back...thats unacceptable after a few minutes “rory” then mentioned to me that he could “just whip some up”,instead of giving me my refund like i asked in the first place...im so disappointed in you guys especially “rory”...
