Great Place to book your trips. Nancy is really helpful with all your questions. Glad places like this still exist.
The agent I had the misfortune of working with was not interested in helping me plan a multistep vacation that required multiple flights, car rentals and multiple hotel stays. After an initial in office visit, the agent told me she'd work something up and email or call me on the following Monday - which she never did. I finally emailed her a week later and she basically told me to book the trip myself. I don't know if it was because the margins weren't there for her to make enough commission or what, but if that's the case - she needs to disclose that at the initial meeting and not waste my time. I can not recommend this agency based on my experience with her.
