The two techs that came to my parents home to clear clog in sewer line, bathroom sink clog and leak under kitchen sink were very polite, professional and fast. Parents were very pleased and thankful for the great job they did.nHighly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing Services for anyone's plumbing needs. Big thumbs up!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. It is New Year day, we have a bunch of family over, so of course, the toilet breaks. Technically, not an emergency as we have a second toilet, but it would make for a long weekend with only one. We call other companies that told us it was not an emergency and they would not come out even though we were willing to pay the emergency fee. Some companies didn't even answer.nnMr. Rooter answered, and the lady on the phone was extremely polite and professional. We were given a time of 6-8 pm. Well...they under promised and over-delivered because the Technician called and showed up early.nnJoshua was EXTREMELY courteous, professional, and efficient. He had our toilet reset and repaired in no time. Additionally, he left the area he was working in extremely clean and tidy. Very friendly guy. Service like this...price doesn't even matter, however, even that was very fair.nnI pray to never have to use a plumber again, but if I do, this is the company I am going with. HIGHLY recommend!

Josh is an excellent plumber he found and fixed our busted pipe quickly and did the work very efficiently. He has great attitude and extremely courteous. They will go over and beyond for you. I will for sure use Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problems I have in the future.

Mr. Rooter team gave prompt review & quote of the work. They called when the Technician was delayed with another customer's project. I appreciate good communication. Unlike other services, they are clear & respectful. I recommend them for a future plumbing projects.
