After being quoted an astronomical price for tankless water heater switch-out, I thankfully got a second opinion from Second Generation. Lonnie guided me through options - repair the old or install new. His turnaround was swift. Lonnie worked around our tiling schedule to install kitchen sinks, faucets & disposals. He gave DIY me a lesson on caulking - This guy needs his own TV show he's so funny - and he even repaired our pad lock as a bonus. A more honest, hard working, skilled, happy plumber you will not find. Thank you, Lonnie!
Lonnie installed a new hot water heater and pressure regulator for us. He took his time and was very professional. He educated us on all the parts and how to maintain the new system on our own.
