This pharmacy is pretty hit and miss. My sons doctor ordered medication on Friday, I went by Tuesday because I still hadn’t received a call that anything was ready and the woman on the phone said she didn’t have anything from the doctor. So I called the doctor and they verified they sent it. So I called the next day and they said they had it. The woman on the phone wasn’t very helpful and didn’t really seem like she wanted to help. Honestly we will probably move back to CVS. This same woman has given us hell with anything I’ve ever called for. I get things get busy but come on...

I went to get Medicine for my mother that just had surgery I waited over 2 hours when that told me it will be 30 mins. I called them just to have them tell me that I needed to call the doctor for approval. I called my doctor not even 15 mins later the doctor called me to say they took care for it and HEB will call me shorty. Another 3 hours went by with no call. So I drove up there and went into the store. Didn’t get a hello or nothing for 15 mins. Mind you I was the only one up front waiting and the ladies in the looked at me and just ignored me. I went up and said “Can I get some help please ?” They finally took care of me and I was out the door. They made one of my mothers pain medication needed to be taken late. I would understand if I got an apology or I’m sorry for the inconvenience. But no HEB is one of my favorite places but this is the not the nice supportive place I’ve know to love.

HEB stands alone as far as grocery stores are concerned here in Texas. If I were to compare HEB to Kroger, it is head and shoulders above... for any grocery store really HEB is a cut above. It is like comparing Bucee's to Stripes...not really a fair comparison. That being said, let's review this HEB against other HEBs. Cleanliness is below the standard that I have come to expect at HEB. The Parking lot is also below HEB standards. How about the service? Well, most of these employees here would be employee of the month at Walmart, but by HEB standards, I would say slightly below average (still good though). The shelves stay stocked and that is a big plus. Overall, and I live within 1 mile of this HEB, there is a much better HEB 3 miles north of here.

Just tested positive for COVID-19 just received my prescriptions from the doctor @7:45 pm got to H‑E‑B at 7:55 turned my prescriptions and ask if they can at least fill one of them that I needed knowing there they were closing the customer service me told me to give her a minute when she returned she said it will fill my order and my wife order and took the time for some instructions on the meds this is awesome customer service thank you for what you do

Would not honor Good RX price. Technician said this was due to prescription for cream not gel formulation, but misquoted price for cream too.. . Will not use this pharmacy in the future.
