Karen booked my eastern Caribbean cruise with 3 of my good friends. She got us cabins across from each other and got us the best rates! Our luggage tag and paperwork were all prompt and perfectly in order! She made sure we had our excursions selected and that we knew to book our onboard shows in advance as well! It was a great trip and we will use her again for sure! Thank you!!!

Mechelle put up with me for almost 2 yrs with random questions right up until we sailed. She is funny and informative and has a great sense of humor. I need to cruise with her someday!

I highly recommend Expedia Cruise Ship Center in McKinney. We just returned from a 7-day cruise on Liberty of the Seas. Karen and Sarah were a huge help in our booking, cabin selection, excursion suggestions, tips for the trip and preparation of our boarding documents and luggage tags. They were responsive to all of our questions and truly cared about our experience being a good one. I will definitely look to them for any future bookings, not only for cruising but for other travel as well as they offer full travel service assistance.

Sarah Stouder booked an extensive 3 week River Cruise from Zürich to Paris with 3 couples. We added several days on each end of the cruise which included several day in the Normandy area as they were celebrating the 75th anniversary of the invasion that ended WWII. This trip was complicated as it required Private Transfers throughout the trip and several hotel changes. The trip was flawless. At one point I was concerned about the final transfer from Bayeux to the Paris airport. We contacted Sarah to be sure the final transfer was large enough for 6 passengers and a lot of luggage. When our van arrived I laughed with the driver about the amount of luggage we had. He replied “Everyone in the company is aware of your luggage!” Sarah had obviously done a great job! Thanks Sarah! You helped us make memories of a lifetime.

We enjoyed a fabulous week on the Oasis of the seas with two other couples. Sarah did a wonderful job of finding this cruise for us, planning it, booking it and taking care of every detail involved. She was professional and courteous and did a great job of communicating and coordinating with the six of us.nWe have booked many cruises before, but using Expedia CruiseShipCenters McKinney made this one special! Looking forward to working with Sarah in the future!
