We discovered a leak in the ceiling of our garage after a major freeze. Called Monday morning and were given an appointment Tuesday morning. Smith and Son's were on time.. efficient in their diagnosis and repair - very impressed. Smith & Son's were highly communicative throughout the process sending email confirmation and text updates on appointment schedule, arrival time, job up-date, completion and receipt. This is how it should be done! Thanks guys - you have moved to the top of our call list!

We had an issue with our water heater. We had Rick come out and was able to diagnose ans professionally repair our unit very quickly and we were up and running in no time. He gave us information on maintenance and will be using their services again in the future!
