Bella Gia is exactly what I needed after some complications with my c-section. You will work directly with a licensed physical therapist here and Ashley is wonderful! She really listens to you and asks about things you don't even think about. She's very thorough and will make sure you're getting the treatment you need to feel better. Highly recommend!

I feel extraordinarily blessed to have been referred to Ashley and to be under her care. She is profoundly empathetic and actually cares about properly diagnosing and treating my issue. For the first time in several years, I finally feel a sense of HOPE, and am confident that my issue will be resolved in the near future. I have attended only two treatment sessions so far and feel a difference even after my very first visit with her. She educated me on the pelvic region and really made me understand where those muscles are and what their functions are. She gave me useful tips and taught me exercises which i perform daily! I highly recommend Ashley to anyone who is thinking of attending pelvic floor therapy. I have already referred 3 of my friends. Thank you Ashley and I look forward to more enjoyable visits with you.

Ashley is sweet, caring, and compassionate. She patiently listens to your concerns and is extremely professional. It is an added bonus that she is a female, a mother of 3 and can fully understand what I am going through. It feels special to be treated by someone who they themselves have been to a pelvic floor therapist. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend.

Ashley is an incredible Physical Therapist and Pelvic Floor Specialist! I came to her after 4 years of pain and she has been thorough and caring throughout the whole process. For the first time I am feeling some relief and hope that I will get better! I would encourage her services to any woman looking for a private, comfortable, and caring office with an incredible and intentional therapist!
