someone answered my call and briefly said (more like rapped) “thank you for calling walgreens pharmacy please hold for a second thank you” and then put me back on hold lol. sat on hold for a total of 8 minutes and then it hung up

The pharmacy is understaffed most of the time.nThe pharmacist is very friendlynand knowledgeable.nThe staff Is very busy with customers waiting at the counter and drive thru.nSome customers are the problem with all their questions and delaying others.
