I FINALLY got the chance to visit THE FAMOUS Dickey’s after hearing SO MANY WONDERFUL AND AWESOME THINGS about the food! My kids and I were treated AMAZING(it’s hard to make a 1 year old and a 4 year old happy sometimes LOL) Whitney had THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that we were satisfied! The food came out HOT AND FRESH! Whitney made us feel like we were family and not just customers! The establishment was EXTREMELY clean and our food came out in a timely fashion! WE WILL BE RETURNING! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WHITNEY!!!!

Meats are good but the sides are tiny for the price.nnUpdate 10/23/2020: As the owner replied, I will inform that I kept going through the year. With the pandemic in swing we order more to pick up curbside or delivered to us. The result of he last 5 orders in the past 6 months:n- The app is not in sync with the store, the loaded potato that was ordered was not available, leaving one in our household without lunch. The in store manager was gracious enough to save one later 8n the day.n- The entire order did not have a single cup of sauce.n- 3/4 items were great, one item had no sauce and one of the sliders missing items that were charged in the app.n- Complete order was great, no issues.n- First curbside pick up, I arrived on location at the time specified, had to wait 30mins until someone came to ask why I was waiting. Seems that starting the vehicle and the time in the app does not mean that someone will be looking out for the customer, we still have to call in. I suggest adding a check in button in the app.

Usually pick Dickeys before work. This particular time was for me and some coworkers that all had to work Easter.nMeat and sides were all great. Still not super busy, was in and out really quick.nGuys behind the counter were awesome and friendly.

Ordered on the app for curbside pickup... Called when I arrived at the specified time and still took 20 minutes to get the order to the car

I’ve been in quite a few Dickey’s barbecue restaurants over the years, and this one is by far the best one in the area. There’s isn’t much seating in this one compared to a bunch of other ones, but it is bog enough for us. It almost shaped like it was going to be a coffee shop of some sort.nnI’ve gotten the frito pie, and others have gotten brisket, the Mac stack with brisket, and the pulled pork sandwich, and they’ve all been pretty good.
