I ordered 4 pizzas and 2 sides of cheese bread for my 2 years old birthday party. My brother offered to pick it up at the location near his house. I ordered online and he picked it up in the portal on the way to the party. When he arrived with the order there was a pizza missing. I called the restaurant and they said they had my pizza and I could come get it. I let them know that I was not near the location and could not pick it up. I just asked for a refund for the missing pizza. They told me that they could not give me a refund, that I could have a credit to get a free pizza at a later time. I let the manager know that I do not live their location and did not intend to drive out of my way for a pizza on another day. They told me the general manager would be by later and would call me. No one ever called me and when I tried calling back, they stopped answering the phones. I guess they decided to keep my money as a generous tip to them for messing up the order.

Very well run pizza place. Very good pizza. Staff was very nice.
More like home of the 30min hot and ready pizza. I keep giving them chances because they are on the way home, but no more. This place is slow and the employees can’t be bothered.
This is my favorite location! The food is always good and fresh!
