If I could give 0 stars, I would! This Pizza Hut is a joke. It is the absolute worst! It is obviously being terribly mismanaged. There is never enough staff to take care of you when you chose to pick up your order. And don't even try calling them if your order isn't right... or I should say WHEN your order isn't right (there's about a 90% chance it won't be correct when it finally arrives!) The last two times we have ordered the order was incorrect. Even the replacement order was wrong! And tonight they left off part of our order. We tried calling the store and the phone would ring for 5+ minutes and go dead. We called 4 times (for a total of about 23+ minutes of listening to the phone ringing). They never answered. It's 10PM on a Tuesday night! I know they aren't in a rush period and so busy they can't answer a phone for almost half an hour! If you don't care if your order arrives hours late and wrong, go ahead and place your order with this Pizza Hut. But if you want your order in a reasonable amount of time, and you would like it to be what you actually ordered, order from somewhere other than this Pizza Hut!
Doesn’t deserve even one star. Horrible drive through service! Don’t bother ordering unless you plan on spending hours waiting for food in line. They need a better system & workers! This is not the first time but definitely last time we go! Ordered food went 30 min later to pick up & Left without our food after waiting over 30 min in drive through.
If I could give 0 stars this location gets that. We ordered two pizzas for delivery. The pizzas arrived after 1.5 hours and they delivered wrong pizzas, pepperoni instead of veggie pizzas. I took their pizzas back to their store, and the employee told they will refund my money and remake the pizzas. We waited for 15 minutes outside in our car and then the manager came out and said in a rude manner ‘ what’s going on ? We have refunded your money. We will either refund or remake the pizzas’. We asked her to remake the pizzas. She promised to give us a discount for remaking pizzas. But when I went to pay for the order it’s 0% discount.... lol....nnAnd guess what... they made our pizzas again with wrong sauces tomato instead of Alfredo....nnPlease save your money and time by ordering elsewhere...nnThere are better pizza places with better service...
Worst pizza hut ever...they gave me my pizza but not my wings came back and no one was in the drive thru and the lobby was closed so i called and stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes i could hear the phone ring from the inside but no employee on sight until one of them came from the back and was surprised to see me there....if this is their customer service upfront just imagine what goes on in the back with the food that’s being served....this location needs to hire people with better work ethic
Pizza will be ready at 8:01pmnnEnter line and at the window by 8:00pmnn8:07pm - employee finally answers the window.n8:08pm - I hand them my form of payment.n8:17pm - finally leave with the single pizza and wings I had ordered.nnPretty sure anyone could out pizza this hut.
