Charley did an amazing job helping our family through the crazy snow storm! He was able to assess our situation quickly and get back to us in record time to make repairs. Andrew, the owner, went above and beyond to find the parts we needed when most suppliers were out of stock and secure them himself. We are so grateful for their professionalism and expertise. I recommend them to anyone I know!

Very professional service from Charlie. Our water main sprung a leak and Charlie presented our options. We decided to replace rather than repair the main. The job was done in a shorter time than promised and the lawn now looks almost like it started. We didn’t get competitive quotes but the price was similar to pricing other neighbors received for the same work and our lawn looked much better than theirs after the job. Highly recommended.

We had a pipe burst in our attic during what I’m calling the Great Freeze of 2021. We were able to get a next day appointment and the plumber assigned was Charley. He was AMAZING! Luckily, he could find the leak once the water was back on (thankfully the pipes didn’t freeze overnight during the rolling blackouts) and was able to make a quick and quality repair.nEverything about 1-800-Plumber + Air was great! We scheduled with Andrew the owner and couldn’t have asked for better service with Charley!nI can’t recommend them enough! Thank you guys for making a very stressful situation just a little bit easier to deal with.

Very professional service and extremely thorough root cause analysis. Great service experience from the initial call to ease of payment at the end. First time to use these guys for plumbing issues and will be saving their contact info as my “go to contact” for anything plumbing related!!!
