My wife and I had Kris out to change our hot water heater. The install was seamlessly done with no issues or mess. He left the area as he found it clear of all debris. The craftsmanship was stellar as well as Kris’s knowledge of the product. He was able to explain all of the current options and suggested the one that was best suited for our home. Shockley the best option for us was not the most expensive option. I believe this is one of many reasons to use Kris vs a larger company. He will give you solid straight forward advice and do the work for a reasonable price. Kris was kind and professional, and here when he said he would be. I was referred to Kris and so glad I was! He has helped me with installing a new water heater, sink, faucet, clogged drain, and running toilet. He underpromises and over delivers on every aspect including service, quality, communication, value, and timeliness. He cleans up after his work and I have taken all of his recommendations including the type of sink and faucet to get and everything works and looks amazing. Extremely professional and friendly. Highly highly recommend.

Master Plumber that has done many improvements to upgrade our construction grade bathrooms and kitchen. He also helped us twice when need was urgent - bad leak from tub spot and an emergency burst pipe repair for us tonight. Kris explains everything well, is an excellent problem solver, and also went above and beyond our expectations, calling his contacts after hours on a Friday evening, to help us find non-standard piping used for our outdoor faucet line. His truck is always well-stocked as well. Excellent workmanship and always great and honest advice.
