I had Still Waters Plumbing come out and install my Pelican whole home water filtration system and from start to finish the process was a breeze. The front office women were great in getting my initial request down and setting up a consultation. Jeramie was on time for the consultation and after looking over the system manual for maybe 30 minutes was able to give me a reasonable quote for the entire install. I had another plumber out earlier who didn't even mention the permit we needed. From there scheduling the work was easy, they had great availability and pulled the permits for me so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Day of install Jeramie and his associate (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, took about 3 hours to install the entire thing and at the end walked me through how everything worked. They set the system up in a way that made it super easy for me when it comes time to change out the filters and based on the pictures I saw online of others peoples installs these guys did it in about half the wall space! I can't recommend them enough, I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.nBonus: They text you when they are on their way, which is super nice for me because it gives me time to put the dogs away.

Wonderful experience today! During the freezing temps, we had a pipe burst.Still Waters quickly returned our call and they were out within a day. Arrived on time, identified and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with! Will definitely call on them again if needed! Very pleased!

Jeramie was very helpful and professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he started and was honest about pricing up front. He was able to find a busted pipe in our walls and had it fixed fast. I'll definitely call Still Waters Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Kyle was very thorough and took the time to find the source of our issue. It turns out our leak was an irrigation issue, but we have ruled out other possibilities. He also offered great advice about several other items we need to be considering. Our experience was fantastic from the customer service department through our on-site visit from the technician. We will be using Still Waters for all of our plumbing needs moving forward!
