Then StarCare Pharmacy is the pharmacy for you!!!nnSorry for the long post but I have several issues with them...nnWas happy with this pharmacy at first as it was convenient and reliable. Two months into delivery, they only delivered two out of my three medications. As it was right around thanksgiving, I thought maybe they were delayed and waited a few days before calling. Turns out my insurance no longer wanted them to fill that specific medication. No call or anything to tell me there was a change.nnThanks for that....nnNext issue, while originally my copay was always $0 they still took my card and told me they would call if the copay ever changed. Well, with the new year my insurance changed and they delivered my medication now with a $50 copay that they automatically charged to me card. I actually didn’t need that medication anymore so had they called and told me the copay changed, as they claimed they would, I would have told them not to send it. Told me to leave the unopened medication by the door and the would have someone pick it up next day for a refund. It’s been 3 days and two phone calls later and supposedly they are picking up today.nnThey have potential to be great but their communication SUCKS. They have a couple good coupons on medications but the frustration I have experienced working with them has canceled out any joy I feel from saving a few bucks.

Talk about stress! The people on the phone say they will do something and then it never happens. I have to call three times just for anything to be done correctly. I had a prescription on automatic refill, and then realized that I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars for it per my insurance. I called asked that it not be refilled, and they told me that they would not refill it. I then get a charge on my credit card refilling my prescriptions a few days later. I called and told them that I had asked and not to be refilled. They said that they were sorry about that, and would not deliver it and would reverse any charges. Now they have delivered it and now I have to deal with trying to get it back to them and calling them again to figure the whole thing out. When I first became a customer I also had to call three times to keep giving them my address birthdate and credit card number. Avoid at all costs!

I can't believe how amazing not only the service was but their pricing was unbelievable. My son doesn't have insurance which they quoted me $25 when Walgreens was $150 for the same medication...AND THEY DELIVER @ NO CHARGE!!!

we really like this pharmacy. It has the feel of a neighborhood business, and they are considerate, professional, and service oriented. It is a nice contrast to the impersonal chain pharmacies I was used to.
