The service and pizza quality are hit or miss at this location. They must be understaffed and clearly not managed the best. I ordered pizza twice this week. First order was a weekday and a fantastic pizza was delivered super quick. Ordered one for lunch on Sunday and it sat in “quality check” according to the tracker for at least 30 minutes. The store did call and say it would be about 20 minutes late. Well, if you know it’s going to be that long, perhaps you shouldn’t cook it yet. When we got it, it was still warm but the crust was chewy and borderline soggy. And honestly, that’s not the first time we’ve had that experience. But like I say, you order and pray they’re having a good day that day because it’s convenient. =/

Food was delicious and they appear fully staffed but still putting in the work.nBut I truly don't understand why this Domino's does not deliver South of Hwy 380 and into Hollyhock. Once the Omni hotel opens up they will lose money to other delivery outfits if they still do not deliver. Imho

Domino's is a staple. You can go anywhere in the world, and it tastes the same and is hot and fresh.nnHowever, this store is overwhelmed and under managed. Twice, they have lost my pizza - first time remade it and delivered almost two hours late - second time have me a credit for a free meal and just said Sorry, you can re- order if you want.nnI'm pretty sure I watched them give my order to another customer.nnSo... good in the middle of the week, but find something else for the weekend or a big event.

Consistently mark pickup orders as complete, then when you get there u have to wait 15 or 20 minutes.... I think they mark it complete early to make their stats look better. Not going to this location again.
