Pathetic* Customer* Service*nnManager admits to misplacing confirmed order, then asks for additional time and money to replace order that his staff lost. In what world is this considered acceptable?

I LOVE Marco's pizza, but what I saw yesterday concernced me greatly. As I arrived at the store, I immediately noticed that the front door was propped open and when I walked in I could see the back door was as well. This in itself was worrying because a food serving store should not be leaving its doors open due to bugs and other contaminants in, but this was not even the worst part. As soon as you walk in it feels like a wall of heat. Every employee was sweating or visibly uncomfortable and I could hear people discussing how it was so hot because the owner had decided to turn off all of the AC and fans to save money. This is a terrible thing to do for worker safety by itself, but we are in the middle of a global pandemic where air circulation and air quality are extremely important. I hope this issue is resolved by the time I order next or I may have to call health officials.

Horrible service! If I would leave less one star I would. I placed and order and it told me it would be done at a certain time. Once I get there the guy tells me they haven’t even made it yet. I had to wait an HOUR past when it was supposed to be done. Mind you there was no one in the shop. They do this every time I place an order. This is ridiculous I have no idea how they stay in business.

The manager, Max, was extremely rude to my family (ex-frequent customers). We were asked to stop using a coupon that was given after filling out a guest survey. Eventually we were told to go to Pizza Hut and that he didn’t owe us an explanation for his request to not use a coupon HE gave us. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by someone in the food industry. So sad. ...and before you ask me to fill out a form online, I already called corporate offices and logged my complaint.
