Estimated 40 minutes for our order. Drove down, also we're pretty far, and we were told that we had to wait 40 more minutes. I understand that they're busy and it's Halloween but that's what's that estimation time was for. This is for one pizza. After waiting the forty extra minutes they told us that it was going to be another 45 minutes. There is clearly some poor time management going on here especially when they are pushing pizzas out like crazy. We only had one pizza. One with three toppings. This is the first time I've ever had an issue like this at any Pizza Hut on Halloween. Wasted of our time and gas.
This is the cleanest pizza hut I've ever been too. That Tristan Jurecka is a great GM. Keep up the good work!
Mediocre product and the owner refuses to deliver to our subdivision which is 9 minutes away. All other area pizza companies deliver to our neighborhood, even those that are farther away. However, staff was friendly when I did pickup one time.
