I have gone to this car wash for over a year now and they have been the best every single time!nI purposely drive a little farther to get my truck washed just to come here because they are so consistent!nThe General Manager, Julio, always greets me with a smile and is very nice to work with!! All of the employees are amazing, kind, and speedy with their service!nDon’t know what you do to instill such a great work ethic with your team Julio, but y’all keep it up! Thank you!!
Very poor customer handling. I asked them for a soap spray on the wheels, the same soap spray generally they do around the car. The cashier bluntly said no and would charge $30 more. I tired explaining again n again, its just a spray of soap, not asking to run and shine it, just soap spray on wheels. Even the manager was unwilling to help, on hearing about googlenreview he spoke nicely. I regret buying their prepaid card. They said we cannot refund you on that. The manager their has poor understanding of English and and lacks basic customer service. The cashier and manager were really rude.
My car looks super clean every time I go to this place they’re fast and staff is really professional and kind. Definitely coming back!!!
My husband & I love this place! It's the best car wash in Mckinney! Everyone is super friendly and professional! They also have free vacuums that you can use after your car gets washed. Highly recommend this place!
