I have used this pharmacy for almost 3 years and they have always been very friendly. The time it has taken me to get my prescription does vary depending on what it is but most of the time I can walk in to drop off a prescription and walk out 30min later with prescription in hand. Most importantly they always have the meds I need in stock. The pharmacist is always happy to speak with me and make sure I understand the side effects. I am willing to sacrifice ANY amount of time to know I will get good service and no run around when I go. I could move to the other side of SA and I would still do my prescriptions at this pharmacy.

Rx called in from dr. Office at noon, called at 4:45 to find out they are out of one of the 4 meds until tomorrow afternoon! I called have Rx transferred to nearest CVS and ready in 1 hour, could have picked up all prescriptions earlier if I had been informed of a more than 24 hour delay. In the future will NOT use this location!

Multiple experiences where I have dropped off a prescription days in advance and it was not ready when I came back. Maybe they are just super busy but it can be a bit frustrating.

I cannot express how much I can’t stand this pharmacy. I’m not really sure if it is possible for them to be slower with service. Especially, the drive thru. It’s awful. Don’t bother. This is the closest pharmacy to me, but I will drive a couple miles away to go to Walgreens just because this CVS is so horrible with service.
