I was happy to see I could get a hot meal for my family as we are almost out of food due to the food spoiling from power being out and the freezing temps inside our home. I cried when I arrived to pickup my order and this location was not open. Didn't look like they'd been open all day. They were more than happy to take my money online though.nnI expect, at minimum, a full refund as I never received my order. Nothing like returning home to my family to let them know we have to go without another thing right now. Turn this store offline so others aren't doing the same thing! At least 5 others also showed up for their orders when I was there.

Drive thru was a little busy, ordered a single pie asked if it could be made fresh they agreed to but once I got home I noticed the box was quite cool to the touch, opening the box confirmed the pie wasn't freshly made. I called and explained the issue, they quickly apologized and offered to replace my order with a fresh one. All in all they made good on the issue without any hesitation. However the inconvenience of it all lies in the waste of time and gas used returning to the store to get what I should have gotten in the first place.

Used drive thru, should just have kept going because the line was long BUT it's drive through should not be long. WRONG... Had 5 cars waiting to order & at least 5 that had already ordered. Was almost 2 hrs before we received our order. It was complete chaos, window personnel did not even know what our order was & it seemed like it was being made to order...what good does it do to order on speaker. Asked at window why it took so long & it wasn't personnel shortage. Never again, no food is worth that wait. Worst part was I couldn't back out, I was blocked in & I wasn't going to inconvenience those poor fools like me to have gone to little Caesars.ud83dude41

Got 3 hot and ready pizzas yesterday only to arrive home and find the pizza only had cheese in the very middle. Was too tired to return them but it was ridiculous.
