Our food was never delivered. When on the phone with driver he claimed to have dropped the food off at our apartment when he didn't. He was unbelievable rude. We have cameras around our apartment and he never delivered the food. We proceeded to call the store and were met with more rude sarcastic behavior. We then found our food at the completely wrong apartment. The driver was to lazy to deliver the right apartment. We checked and confirmed with the driver and store the correct address was put down.
Doesn’t even deserve a star!! Worst service ever. Took near 3 hours to deliver, when we call to check status they were very rude and said it was almost there. We received a call from the delivery guy saying he dropped it off, when in fact he didn’t. Our camera sensor never went off and sure enough it was not at our door. We called him back to let him know and he very rudely told us there was nothing he could do about it and to call the manager and hung up on us. The manager basically told us to look around the neighborhood for the pizza because it was delivered apparently. He was very sarcastic and sounded very unprofessional for a “manager”. He hung up on us without letting us finish. We won’t be ordering from this lousy Pizza Hut EVER again 4 billion thumbs down to all the people we spoke to tonight.
Love quality of service, attentive and quick. The manager with the tattoos was the one that served me curbside. Receipt says Pablo.. Ither way this person dropped my order even tho I had another call on the line. He new I was on a lunch rush/break. He had my order done in 6mins after I finished my work call and called him bk. I love this location over the yrs when ever I came they always were polite,clean, and quick. Good job #27! Stay amazing
Quick service! A huge plus that our wings were submerged in garlic parmesan sauce! Whooo hooo
I love the pasta, cinnamon rolls, garlic bread and marinara dipping sauce.
