Came here with my boyfriend for a mandated physical for work. Called ahead of time to make appointment but they said they were full but walk-ins are welcome and that they could squeeze us in no problem. He signed the papers and the front desk said we’d be in a room soon. An hour and a half goes by and still nothing. Even with other walk-ins that came after us got rooms sooner than we did. So we went up and talked to front desk again and they said they’re still waiting for a room. The front desk woman was giving us attitude too. Very unprofessional. They said we weren’t “urgent” enough so that’s why there was a wait. But we talked to the other people there and some of them were going for the exact same reasons but got rooms faster than us even when we were there first. It wasn’t until we got really frustrated and talked to the nurse again to express our concerns. She just went to the back and suddenly there’s a lot of rooms available.nThis place is very unprofessional and unorganized. If you want to get your results and service in a timely manner. Go somewhere else. We waited 3+ hours for “urgent” care. No way.

The staff the Doctors are very pleasant. They all treat you with respect and kindness.They are professional and courteous. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes pay my appointed time. A lot of other facility's and business could gain great insight from their example.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 starsud83dudc4d

My experience during my visit at Concentra was awesome. Very friendly, kind, patient, and helpful staff. Thank you for being efficient and getting things done in a timely manner. I'll be back next year.

Absolutely horrible service, avoid if possible. I had to come here for an employer mandated physical. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment, filled out the required paperwork, and took a seat. I was not notified of any waiting times or anything of the sort. After about a half hour I had to sign an additional form, no problem, I should be up soon then, right? Nope, after over nearly an hour and a half of sitting in the lobby I was called back, never told of any extended wait times or even a “sorry for the wait”, almost as if this is normal. After the brief visual and audio exams, I was told to take a seat in an exam room. And here I now sit, OVER HALF AN HOUR LATER, writing this.nnI have now been here for over two hours and have had maybe 15 minutes of examination so far and with more to go. This is absolutely insane, I should not have to sit around for hours when I scheduled an appointment well over a week ago. For them to be this backlogged I doubt the staff is competent. It would have been better to take the 40 minute drive to another facility to have my exam done rather than sitting around doing nothing and being told nothing.
