I have spent the last five years dealing with two frozen shoulders and a hip injury. I have seen multiple physical therapy offices and Tukwila Movement & Performance Physical Therapy is hands down the best. I worked specifically with Chelsea Jennings and her professionalism, knowledge, and creative approach to therapy rises above all the rest. For every appointment, she had a plan, and it wasn't always the same monotonous routine over and over again. We worked on my specific injury but also other areas of the body to help me move closer to my goals. If you are serious about injury recovery and want to get back to activities you enjoy, you have to call Tukwila Movement & Performance and ask for Chelsea.

My daughter had a torn acl and rehabbed at this physical therapy. They are very caring and are great to work with. I would totally recommend them to anyone. After a year of physical therapy my daughter is back to playing soccer and we worked with her therapist to transition her back into soccer which was great. Thanks MVP.

Easily the best physical therapist I've been to (and I've been to several). Extremely knowledgeable, very communicative, and excellent at asking the right questions to figure out what's actually happening.

I had scheduled my first appointment with this clinic for 3:20 pm. I missed the exit from I-5 which caused me to be delayed. As a courtesy I called the clinic at 3:17 pm and told them I was running late and that my GPS said I would arrive at 3:27 pm. I apologized profusely and the receptionist told me she would ask the physical therapist if it was okay for me to come in. I said I will arrive in less than 10 minutes! The receptionist told me they were cancelling my appointment and I needed to reschedule. I had already left work for the day for the appointment and could not believe that they would not allow me to keep the appointment when I was running 7 MINUTES late. I found another physical therapist and suggest you do the same. This clinic is unreasonable and unsympathetic to their patients. This caused my treatment to be delayed another week.

Freakin' fabulous staff and intern crew!!!!nThey are unexhaustively caring, understanding, non-judgmental, encouraging, semi-self-effacing, fun, whole person involved, evolved, inclusive, motivational, creative, and kind.nnAnd I am healing at my pace.
