Very refreshing. I shopped around all over and no one compared to price and product quality. I was even more surprised and pleased at the high level of customer service. I am hundreds of miles away from their headquarters and you would have thought I lived down the street. I will recommend over and over. Thank you all for your commitment to old school business principals and honest hard work. We need more companies like this in this world today!

I have greatly enjoyed my relationship with my Salesperson, Dustin Asher, but only recently had our system installed and met the construction crew. They are headed by Jose and Ruben and are all outstanding. Every day they make it a practice to cleanup the entire jobsite before leaving. It always looks good. Their workmanship is amazing. We are very impressed. The conduit run from the panels to the inverters is so precise, it borders on being called beautiful. They had to take some of the siding off to mount the inverters and I wondered how they would retrofit that area. They carefully used pieces of the siding to patch over the exposed area. It looks so sharp. This crew is polite, plus we feel very secure about their integrity when we cannot be here. These men all work well as a team and are a credit to Solar Electric Texas. Thank you.

This company has too many moving parts. You have to call and bug them to do each phase of the install. No coordination between each phase/crew. Presently I'm waiting for the APP so I can monitor the panels. I've call twice so far. Today I got a call to have the electrician come out to the house to hook up the electrical boxes. Problem is they are already hooked up and the system is running fine I think....Need APP to see. I really would like to see this finished. they have my $$$

I had Solar Electric Texas give me a free solar quote & they were able to give me information and answer ALL my questions before making my decision to go with this solar company. It was all very professional which I love!! They weren’t too pushy trying to just sell me a system so I trusted them, they made me feel like they really care! They kept me informed during the whole process & always answered if I had a questions. The fact that they are local and family owned here in San Antonio makes this organization even better.
