If I could give zero stars I would. I regret even coming back to Highline physical therapy seeing how I have had problems in the past . The message therapist has falsely documented the therapy sessions, causing insurance to deny all the claims. The therapists documents don’t even follow the prescriptions for therapy. We have gone above and beyond trying to work with their billing department which is a absolutely disaster. Out of state by the way. Lack of management and oversight is unbelievable, the director of operations voicemail has been full for about 8 months. You cant even leave a message.

I wish i could give minus start but this place at the location on Burien is terrible and a total scam when it comes into billing. Be prepare to be lied as they never give you costs and details of services and when sending you bill it does not specify what you received. . I requested a detailed bill and it took 3 months to received and when i did, i was charged for many things i never received. I truly disappointed and never coming back.
