The Wash Tub (all locations) does an above average job, but far from outstanding. They wash the car, vacuum it out and wax it if you request. However, their attention to detail is always less than desirable. The cup holders, door handles/compartments and even the seats almost always seem to be overlooked. In their defense, I am not the type to walk around with a fine tooth comb while they wait for me to inspect the car. I am more of the type who expects them to do their jobs well. I walk up to the worker, hand them a tip and thanks them for their service. It is not until I leave that I realize the small items that are overlooked.nnI would recommend Wash Tub if you just want your car washed, but not if you want the inside if your car detailed.

Super fast! They did a great job on my truck. Very friendly and such a cozy waiting area with complimentary coffee! Highly recommend

They are OK. Can do better with vacuuming the inside. I have to ask for a redo often but they do it with no problem. Very nice personnel

Love this place, I just moved into town from Cali and needed a great reliable car wash cause I like to keep it cleaned regularly. This place is great. The main man Chris is always professional and helpful upgrading to wax when I need it and not giving me a hard time on other visits when I don’t. It’s farther away from where I live but after more than a few bad experiences at the Helotes Wash Tub I’ll never go back and this is worth the drive

Quick, great service, they dont detail! So don't have those expectations, but overall worth the price. I got the 35 dollar package and am very pleased. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area, vending machine for drinks and complimentary coffee. A really cute mini boutique to shop from. Face masks required. Close to alot of restaurants (within walking distance) if you want a quick bite while you wait as well.
