Rapid Express Car Wash - Diamond Shine

This car wash is by far the best I've visited in San Antonio. The staff are pleasant and efficient, and the drive through washes away the grime and leaves a shine without damaging any of your car. (Other car washes have nearly taken off my rear windshield wiper!) Even my tires are squeaky clean-looking! There was a long line when I arrived, but we all got through quickly. The vacuums are great, and they're free in between washes.

The guys were very helpful our car battery ud83dudd0b died and they went out their way to help us I greatly appreciate ud83dude4f them. Great customer service

Pretty good car wash only car wash I've ever been to in the 32 years of my life that has rags, cleaning sprays, and ofcourse vacuums available for everyone free of charge

Just went through the car wash, I was happy with it (well the soap didn’t smell great but not a big deal), all would’ve been fine but when I got to the dryers I realized there was still tons of soap on my car. Obviously way too much to leave it like that without doing damage.nnSo I went back through and just told the person working there that I had just checked in with 2 minutes before that the soap was still clearly on my car. I just wanted to run through again to get it off, not a big deal, I wasn’t upset. She said my only option would be to towel dry my mirrors off and that it was normal to still have so much soap on my car because they don’t rinse the mirrors off as hard there to prevent damage. That would be fine if it actually made sense, which it doesn’t. Having that the whole car is rinsed with the same water sources, and instead it flung soap all over the sides of my car and windows when the force dryers were blowing it. I love going through car washes, especially during this weird corona time when there’s not much you can really safely do, so I go through a stupid amount of car washes. It’s the little things in life, I probably go through 6 times a month if not more. I’ve never had a car wash do this to my car, and I’m sure if it did they would’ve just let me go through again to get the soap off.nnShe wouldn’t let me go back through, and I said it just needs to be rinsed again, I clearly don’t need more soap, but apparently there’s no option to go through on just a rinse either. Just toweling the soap around like she said would’ve just spread it more and not resolved the issue, plus defeated the whole point of me not wanting to have to wash my car myself which is why I was there in the first place.nnIt’s really silly—this was a simple fix and they not only were dismissive of my concern when I said leaving soap on my car made me very uncomfortable and was not normal, they didn’t offer a refund, and they didn’t let me go through again to fix the problem which clearly would’ve been an easy solution, especially for a membership based car wash that typically gives their customers unlimited washes. (I’m not a member, definitely wouldn’t be after this experience!)nnI really wouldn’t care so much but there was no real solution offered when a solution was so simple, so I had to go to another car wash and pay to wash it again elsewhere, and it could’ve damaged my paint which makes me nervous for other customers.
