I had an issue a few days ago. I contacted Iqbal, the operations manager. He went above and beyond in order to make things right. I really appreciated his attention to the matter. When I also complimented an employee he stated that the employee would get rewarded for their efforts as well.
As usual this store always gets my orders right, cooked to perfection but never incinerated !nWhen are you going to put calzones on the menu ?
The crew here is always professional and all the drivers as well who have made my deliveries. Only reason we keep coming back to order.
Pizza is good, but their contactless curbside pickup fails. I showed up, checked in on the app, and then waited 10 min after the app said the pizzas were ready before someone came out to ask me if I had an order. Then I waited another 10 min for my pizza to come out. All of this for pizza that was ready 20 minutes prior.
My local Dominoes is great. The website however leaves much to be desired. If I click once, the screen should not have to refresh 3 or 4 times. And if I redeem a free pizza, I do not want dominoes deciding to charge full price for it and reducing the price of a different item...this is not kosher.
