The drivers are very kind and efficient. It saves me so much money, time and hassle!! I also have the benefit of having my car near.
During pandemic, had a lady shuttle driver pick me up around 2:30 p.m. and return me to my vehicle that was the nicest one I've had! Had a smile on her face and sincerely thanked me for parking at Ajax Parking R Us.....something that I've never had before! My husband and I went on a two week vacation and parked our Chevy Silverado with Ajax. We had filled the tank with gas just prior to driving to Ajax. When we got back from our trip and left the lot we were surprised to see that the warning light for filling up our tank was on. We had to stop to get gas before heading home. I called and emailed Ajax. Although I was told both by phone and email that someone would get back to me, no one ever did. I used to think this place was a good deal but not any more.
