Great Place! My husband worked in the area for nearly a yr and we are so glad we found this place. I always felt safe staying there with my two children while he was at work. The space between the RVs is the reason we chose this park. Our children had enough space to run around and even to use their ride-on truck. The owners are very nice and are there to help with whatever you need. Oh and the laundry room and bathrooms are very nice and spacious but best of all, They are always kept very clean!nWe will definitely be coming back here if my husband’s job sends him this way!

First stay at an RV park, we have a 43 footer and nearly every space could have accommodated it. Great owners and managers. Small park with lots of extra space meaning you're not on top of other guests. bathrooms and showers available for all.

We have been full timing for the last 5 years in our motorhome. Of all the RV parks we have stayed in around the USA this park tops them all. We have never stayed in a park that offers the amenities as this park does. The management goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. If you enjoy bird watching this is definitely the place to stay. We enjoy watching the hummingbirds fly around our bird feeders we have our for them. Last night we had six hummingbirds of all colors at our site feeding. If your down this way, be sure and stop by for a stay, I think you will enjoy it as much as my wife and I do.

We are here on a job. Emillio and his staff are wonderful. They are painting fences and staying on top of maintenance. Today I approached 2 men who were by my camper, getting ready to paint. I asked about overspray, and they assured me that they are careful and would clean if it happened. They were very respectful and understanding. I have never had that at any other rv park we’ve been in!!! If your in Rockport, give this place a try. Plenty of space and super quiet... oh and the stars at night... beautiful!!!!
