This is the nicest park we have found in Rockport and we've looked at just about all of them. It is so new and nice wide concrete pull through sites. We are winter Texans and love the area and the park. The people are great and the activities are fun. Everyone is so welcoming. There are no long term residents that have been here forever and don't like new people coming in, because it is such a new park. It is expanding and more facilities are coming to make it even better. And from our site we can see the water.

We have been keeping our travel trailer at Coastal Breeze for several months out of the year for 3 years now. It is our go to place to get away with our family. Very friendly staff. Great pool, good size sites and fishing pier on salt lake within walking distance. Looking forward to upcoming additions to the park and many more enjoyable times at Coastal Breeze.

Don't search for the one star review, it's because they don't allow certain breeds of dogs. All those five star reviews are there for a reason they were earned. We visited in December while in the area looking for a snowbird campground for the winter of 21/22, and found the campground and April to be everything expressed in the reviews and then some. There are some very nice campgrounds in the area but in our minds Coastal Breeze stuck out as the place for us. We booked for next winter and would advise anyone interested to book soon as this place will be filling up early.

We wintered at Coastal Breeze RV Resort last year and loved it so much we booked our site for this year before we left. We just returned last month and still believe this is the best resort in the area. We have driven around and looked at several resorts and none compare to it. It's a beautiful resort, in an ideal location, nice green space between sites, staff (April and her team) are awesome, lots of fun activities (thank you Ron and Meg), has an awesome dog park and gorgeous sunsets. It's great that the new owners are investing in making this an even better resort. The resort has everything we need; however would like each site to have a picnic table and campfire ring. Miss not being able to have a nice campfire. Other than that, it's perfect to us.

What a wonderful place to stay! April is the best manager and is a wealth of information. The park is very clean, the guys that take care of maintenance are super! Not camped on top of the neighbors, very spacious. We have been here 7 weeks, met some wonderful people. Love the pier and the sunsets! Plus we love Rockport!
