AB Trailers

Originally working with A & B Trailers was easy and worked out great for us with our credit situation. Communication was great, process was fast and easy. They helped us find a solution when we hit a road bump. They do give opportunity, I won’t deny that. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle we purchased from them. The vehicle we purchased from them was in terrible condition after all, despite what we had been told. Their Ad read “All fixed up ready to go a lot of money put into this truck was someone’s baby nice low miles for the year come check it out see what you think.” We were aware of a few things we would need to fix like a window, the sunroof, and other MINOR details. They told us their mechanic looked over the truck and fixed some issues such as the gear box, which unfortunately we had to repair right away. We have already put THOUSANDS of dollars into the truck in only 3 short months since our purchase date. Almost immediately after buying it, we began having issues. Once a mechanic looked at it, many problems were VERY apparent and had we known sooner we would have never purchased. To date, we have had to repair transmission, replace rear end, suspension, and so much more. We knew what we were getting into buying a used older truck, this wasn’t our first rodeo so we weren’t naive. But I guess we expected A & B trailers to have more pride in the vehicles they sell being their own dealership, not just someone selling a vehicle on the street.

I called for a simple inquiry and whoever answered was absolutely rude and called me a "dummy". I was prepared to purchase a trailer and was met with unprofessional communication. In hard times like this, small businesses need all the help they can get, except if you treat the customer poorly. TrailersPlus or J&B Trailers are the better alternative.

Stop by at this location every one was really nice and very informal about their inventory... it’s nice to go into a place where the staff knows what they are doing... I would recommend this place to family and friends and would go back .... thanks

Recently got an 06 f250 diesel here at AB Trailers.....These guys were fantastic to work with, I was working with Nathan. They weren't pushy about what they were trying to sell me, at all. Very straightforward guys. Helpful with financing, and got me what i wanted at a number I could work with. Definitely would buy here again, and would send anyone to them to do the same.

Great shop. Great people. Bought a diesel through them and whole process was easy. I highly recommend them for any vehicle or trailer needs. Good selection of nice trucks especially. Best prices in town. Looked for days and glad I went to them for my final decision. Whole process was amazing.
