This is the absolute worst apartment in Shelbyville. Not lying when I say the projects are safer than this place. Youll think man $460 is cheap. Yeah cheap and also dangerous. Had a crack head beating on my door at 2 in the morning asking for coffee. They moved in 2 drunks below me that didnt even own a car, and as you can imagine they asked me for a ride to the liqour store everytime I stepped outside. Cigarette smoke from the same drunks came right up into my kitchen. Moved out after 11 months of a 12 month contract and got into a more expensive $700 month rental home. They immediately reported me to a credit agency. I reluctantly offered them $100 of $410 owed to remove from my credit and they said no. Out of principle I did not pay them.
